We are very pleased to announce that six members of our team have successfully obtained the Level 4 Qualification Certificate for Hearing Aid Dispensers issued by the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health Commission.
Hearing aid dispensers are qualified to develop hearing-loss compensation programs to fit the hearing-loss levels and psychological needs of hearing-impaired patients. Hearing aid dispensers utilize their in-depth skills and knowledge of both hardware and software to select and fit a suitable hearing aid for the patient. They are also able to verify that the hearing aid works as intended and provide after-sales care.
Team members from our Research and Product departments participated in training in Guangzhou, China. Topics covered included professional ethics, fundamentals of audiology, as well as both theoretical and practical knowledge about hearing care and hearing aids. Incus will incorporate these pieces of knowledge and skills into the research and product design processes to ensure that our products follow the industry standards and are designed to meet the needs of end-users, hearing aid dispensers and audiologists.
